We use the word a lot around here. We're a small but mighty team, and we strive every day to be a little different from the rest. We've had folks reach out by email, DM, or even call the customer service line just to chat about a recent review, ask for recommendations, or simply just tell us how much they enjoyed a particular story from an issue. We often find ourselves lost in conversation, just like we're talking to a buddy.
